This was my twelfth investment property. This property is back in Knoxville. I have been watching this area of Knoxville for properties because I feel that it will appreciate over time well, but it still has to cash flow. I was referred to this property because of my connections in the investing community that I have access to. I knew, going in, that this would be a great cash flowing property, however, I did use more capital to get into this property than I would like. This property will need some interior painting, new light fixtures, cleaning, and some foundation work. This one has the potential to be turned into a Duplex down the road if it makes sense.
